These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bagi99 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the bagi99 Platform, you ("the User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms, along with any additional policies referenced herein, including but not limited to our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

These Terms apply to all Users regardless of their method of access — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other compatible device. bagi99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any conflict between translated versions (if made available) and the English version, the English version shall prevail in all respects.

To register and use the bagi99 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold personal gaming accounts.

• You must not be acting in any professional capacity (e.g., as an agent for a third party) when placing bets or engaging in gaming activity on the Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

bagi99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bagi99 may result in the suspension or closure of the account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

By registering an account, you warrant and represent that all eligibility criteria set out above are satisfied and that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You accept full responsibility for any consequences arising from a false or misleading declaration of eligibility.

Each individual User is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the bagi99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, or pending withdrawals therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including, but not limited to: your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update your account details if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — your username and password. bagi99 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS for your account. You must not share your credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is deemed to have been conducted by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

bagi99 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all accounts prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. KYC documents may include a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawals withheld and, in cases of suspected fraud, may be reported to the relevant authorities.

bagi99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are specified within the Cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time.

Deposits are generally credited to your bagi99 account balance instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider. bagi99 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system maintenance. If a deposit is not credited within 30 minutes, you should contact the bagi99 support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification and compliance review. Standard withdrawal processing time is within two (2) hours for verified accounts. Black Diamond VIP tier members are eligible for same-day settlement without daily caps, subject to bagi99's fraud prevention checks. bagi99 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may extend the processing time.

Deposits made to a bagi99 account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal of deposit principal is permitted, except where expressly stated otherwise. Funds deposited via a specific payment method may only be withdrawn to the same method, up to the amount deposited. Any excess balance above the deposited amount may be withdrawn to an approved alternative method at bagi99's discretion.

• bagi99 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the name of the bagi99 account holder.
• Attempted chargebacks or payment reversals are treated as a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant fraud authorities.
• bagi99 reserves the right to impose transaction limits on any account where there is a reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.

bagi99 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin credits, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for the relevant promotion.

Unless the terms of a specific promotion expressly state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all bagi99 bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on bonus funds only unless stated otherwise.

• Time Limit: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited if the wagering requirement is not met within the stated period.
• One Bonus Per Account: Unless explicitly stated, a User may hold only one active bonus at a time. Claiming a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. This cap is specified in the promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: bagi99 monitors bonus usage patterns. Any evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, hedging, or co-ordination between accounts to exploit promotions will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.

bagi99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are offered at bagi99's sole discretion and no User has an entitlement to any specific promotion unless confirmed in writing by bagi99 (for example, as part of a personalised VIP offer from a dedicated account manager).

All games available on the bagi99 Platform are provided by certified third-party game studios, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game operates according to the rules defined by its respective provider. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the outcome is determined by the game provider's server records, which constitute the final and authoritative record for the purposes of settling any dispute.

bagi99 does not manipulate game outcomes. All Random Number Generators (RNGs) used in non-live games are independently certified and audited by the relevant game studios. Users of the bagi99 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities. Breach of any prohibition below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or fraud.
• Registering more than one account on the Platform, or accessing the Platform through another User's account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit any game or promotion.
• Exploiting software bugs, system vulnerabilities, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation are void and will be reclaimed by bagi99.
• Engaging in collusion with other Users, match-fixing, or any form of co-ordinated betting designed to guarantee profit at the expense of bagi99.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any part of the bagi99 Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bagi99 staff or other Users through any communication channel.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 18 years of age) to access or use your bagi99 account.

• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game studios, or other service providers.
• Any inaccuracy, error, or omission in any information provided on the Platform.
• Any force majeure event including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, internet outages, or government actions.

The bagi99 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. bagi99 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, bagi99's aggregate liability to any single User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any pending KYC verification and compliance checks.

bagi99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void associated balances, at its sole discretion in the event of:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes initiated against bagi99 with a payment provider.
